I'd been considering giving CBD Oil a go before Mistatera* got in touch with me to offer me a free sample. I've had a number of friends take it for problems ranging from anxiety and ADHD to poor sleep and Fibromyalgia. All proclaimed it to be a miracle cure. I was sceptical, but if a natural product can replace all the pain medication and anxiety drugs I take on a daily basis, I'd be daft not to try it.
The GP's are a little vague when it comes to CBD Oil. There's not a great deal of research currently available on how effective it is, how it works, why it works. And they're reluctant to confidently say that you could replace a prescription drug with this natural remedy. And it's important to bear that lack of research in mind when considering how to use CBD Oil. I would say it's best used alongside your other medication but that you must check with either a GP or Pharmacist that it won't interact negatively with the pills you're currently taking (or online, like I did.) Lecture over, promise!
What do I dislike about it? The taste. It's really yucky. Don't get me wrong, I didn't exactly expect it to taste of bubble-gum or chocolate. But the oil leaves a very strong aftertaste and I often end up having to eat a snack-size bar of chocolate to get rid of it. The smell is also quite pungent.
I remain a little sceptical as to how one natural product can do so much, but three weeks of trialling the product has turned me around a little as I've seen it does have at least a few very positive benefits. Don't be put off by the taste, after all it just means you get to eat chocolate after taking your dose! If something as simple as a few drops of CBD Oil a day can help chase away anxiety, improve your sleep, stabilise your moods and more, why wouldn't you try it?
Have you tried CBD Oil? What do you think about it?
