So now, here's my goals for the month ahead. Self-care is my priority for January, as it can be a brutal month.
1. Have a Lush bath at least once a week. Baths are my 'safe space.' A guaranteed way for me to relax. I want to make sure I'm taking one at least once a week to give myself an hour window to relax and unwind this month. And also to use up some of my Lush stash; it's gotten pretty big again since I got the Lush Advent Calendar for Christmas from my husband!
2. Work out my monthly budget for 2020. One of my goals for 2020 is to not spend more than I can afford, and to reduce my debt considerably. But I can't do that if I don't know what I['m working with. So before payday in a few weeks, I need to work out my monthly budget for the next 12 months.
3. Eat all the Christmas chocolate. Yes, the diet's meant to have started already but who can diet when there's boxes of chocolates piled up everywhere. Gifts from well-meaning friends and family? So the plan is to get all the Christmas chocolate eaten this month and enjoy it, so we can go back to starving ourselves and being miserable in February!
