What is it?
BuddyBox* is a new subscription care package from The Blurt Foundation. The box makes a thoughtful gift to anyone needing a boost, or is a great way to enjoy a little self-care if you're purchasing one for yourself!
Every month, Blurt create a special box filled with things to help, inspire, and comfort those who need it! The contents of each box are a surprise, and different every month. And if you're purchasing a box for a friend, it can be personalised with a special note.
What was in it?
August's box, the one I'm unboxing in the video above, contained the following five, full-sized items;

What did I think?
A subscription box with a difference! August's box, and previous, show a high level of care and thought. Each item has been picked to be comforting, inspiring, and fun. Packaged beautifully, delivered to the door just one day after dispatched, and packed full of wonderful goodies; this box offers excellent value for money.
Would I recommend it?
Absolutely. If you're someone struggling with depression, this is the perfect, monthly pick-me-up; a little gift from you, to you. Maybe your friend, or loved one, is struggling with mental health issues, and you don't know how to help. A BuddyBox is a great little way to show you care!
Anything else?
BuddyBox have recently launched BuddyBox Lite. A smaller box, containing three, full-sized products, the BuddyBox Lite comes with a smaller price-tag for those on a budget!
