1. Dedicate a whole day to Spring Cleaning. Set aside one or two days to really deep clean your house. Spring Cleaning is best done in one go, rather than in dribs and drabs.
2. Focus on the neglected areas of your house. Door frames, skirtings, ceilings. If you're anything like me, these are areas of your house that don't usually get any attention. So grab a duster and some polish, and get cleaning!
3. Put some tunes on. Cleaning is boring. There's no getting around it. So pop on your favourite playlist and turn the volume up; it'll make the time pass much faster.
4. Use a cleaning caddy. Spring Cleaning requires a lot of tools, so make it easier on yourself by carrying them around in a cleaning caddy. You'll have all the tools you need with you at all times, and you'll spend less time running back and forth to the cleaning supplies cupboard. Winning!
5. Declutter. Take this opportunity to clear our your wardrobes, attic and everything stored under your bed. Do a massive tip run, or take a couple of bags of old clothing/books/DVDS etc down to your local charity shop.
How do you plan on Spring Cleaning your home?
